At Tail Activewear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your performance gear. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Select your preferred return method to generate a prepaid shipping label and a return packing slip to include in your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your unworn items with original tags attached and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
